Requirements

- Complete medical form checklist and medically fit to dive
- No flying for at least 18 hrs after scuba diving
- Can relax and float for 10 mins
- Swim 200m unaided and without stopping or 300m with Mask, Fins, and Snorkel
- Basic ability to swim
