Terms and Conditions


1.1. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding legal agreement between you and the authorized organization and personnel (“Giant Stride”,“we”, “us” and/or “our”), which operate (“Website”), that govern your right to use the websites, applications, and other offerings from Giant Stride (collectively, the “Giant Stride Platform”). By using the Giant Stride Platform, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you have no right to continue using or obtain information from the Giant Stride Platform. Failure to use the Giant Stride Platform in accordance with the following terms of use may subject you to civil and criminal penalties.

1.2. As a condition of your use of this Website, you warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation
  • You will use this Website to make legitimate reservations for you or for other persons (“associated third-party travelers”)
  • You will inform such associated third-party travelers about the Terms that apply to the bookings you have made on their behalf, including all rules and restrictions applicable thereto, and that their acceptance and use of the booking made on their behalf by you is understood to serve as their affirmative acceptance of the Terms
  • All information supplied by you on this website is up-to-date, true, correct, accurate, and complete


2.1 Giant Stride has developed Giant Stride Platform to be an online booking system that facilitates individuals to search, compare and book (“Bookings”) various services (“Services”), including but not limited to scuba diving, snorkeling, and their related-activities with a service provider (“Service Provider”).

2.2 Giant Stride acts solely as an intermediary between you and the Service Provider. Giant Stride is not a party to the terms between you and the Service Provider. The Service Provider is solely responsible for the service you book.

2.3 When you receive the booking confirmation, a contract is formed directly between you and the Service Provider. Giant Stride is not a contractual party to your Bookings. In addition to these Terms, you will be subject to, and responsible for complying with, all terms of the Bookings, including but not limited to the cancellation policy and any other rules, standards, policies, or requirements identified in the Bookings. It is your responsibility to read and understand these rules, standards, policies, and requirements prior to making Bookings.

2.4 The Service Providers on this Website are not agents or employees of Giant Stride. Giant Stride is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such Service Providers or for any costs, personal injuries, death, loss, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.

2.5 Giant Stride has no liability in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strikes, force majeure or other causes beyond Giant Stride’s direct control, and Giant Stride has no responsibility for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority.

2.6 Giant Stride does not recommend or endorse any of the Service Providers and makes no representations with respect to the quality, safety, or suitability of the Service Providers, their infrastructure, facility and equipment, nor their ability to deliver the Services.

2.7 Information displayed on the Website, regarding the Service Providers and the Services, is based on information provided to Giant Stride by the Service Provider. Giant Stride does not guarantee that such information is true, reliable, accurate, up to date, complete or free from errors. To the extent permitted by law, Giant Stride will not be held responsible for any errors, any interruptions, or any missing bits of information.

2.8 After the Services, you will have an opportunity to review the Service Providers and the Services. Your review must be truthful, accurate and does not contain any discriminatory, offensive, defamatory, or other language. You also accept full responsibility for any legal claims against Giant Stride Platform related to it.


3.1 To make a Booking, you may need to create an account. Please make sure all your information, including contact details and payment, is correct, accurate and up to date. It is solely your responsibility to keep your username and password confidential. Anything that happens to your account is your responsibility.

3.2 Bookings made online through the Giant Stride Platform are subject to the availability of the requested Services by the Service Provider. Bookings are only confirmed once a confirmation email has been sent to you. Giant Stride advises you to hold other related travel arrangements, including flight and accommodation, until the Bookings are confirmed.

3.3 Giant Stride is responsible for the execution of the reservation process, but not for the Services supplied by the Service Provider. In some cases, additional information, including but not limited to passport copies, evidence of guest insurance, health certificates, etc. are required to complete a Booking. You are obliged to provide this information for all the guests covered under the Booking within the specified time period of the terms of Service you book . We hold the right to cancel the booking according to the applicable booking policy in case this information is not provided by you or is provided too late.

2.4 The Service Providers on 3.4 Itinerary information illustrated on the Website should be considered as sample itinerary only and is not binding by the Service Provider. At all times, the Service Provider may choose to take a different route based on weather conditions, specific requests by the group of customers, force majeure even or for any other reason.


4.1 Unless otherwise indicated, all rates and prices listed through the ฺBooking include the cost of the base service, excluding mandatory surcharges, taxes and levies. Unless indicated otherwise, mandatory surcharges, including surcharges for national parks, special trip supplements or dive gear beyond tanks, weights and weight belt, are not included in the prices listed through the Booking. These charges do not give you the right to cancel a booking.

4.2 Taxes and levies, if applicable, are indicated during the checkout process for informational purposes. These charges may be subject to change after the booking has been completed based on changes in local conditions beyond Giant Stride’s control. A change in charges does not give you the right to cancel a booking.

4.3 All rates, prices, fees, costs, charges, and taxes with respect to Services on the Website are presented on the currency chosen by you. Such currency conversion is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as accurate or real-time. Actual rate charged may be different and your payment provider (e.g., your credit card company or bank) may charge conversion or other fees and apply another date’s currency rate, which you are responsible for the differences and fees that may occur.


5.1 For Bookings made with payment methods which can be stored (e.g. credit cards), Giant Stride will pre-authorise your payment method, and will then automatically charge it upon confirmation of your booking.

5.2 Giant Stride will store your payment method details for future transactions after receiving your consent.


6.1 Different Services may have different cancellation policies. At the booking process, you will find cancellation policy and other policies for each Service Provider and Services. By making a Booking, you agree to such a cancellation policy and other policies.

6.2 A late show up or no-show for a trip is considered to be the same as a cancellation and no refund applies. Should you start a trip and choose not to finish it, no refund applies.

6.3 You may modify or cancel the trip up to one (1) timer per booking.

6.4 In addition to the cancellation fee specified under each Services, a 3% administration fee will be applied to any refund occurring from a modification or cancellation of the trip. This fee is calculated on the payment amount of the booking.


7.1 The Service Provider reserves the right to cancel a booking, or suggest providing Services at an alternative date in the event that conditions, including but not limited to, poor weather, natural disaster, acts of war, riots, pandemics, epidemics, political events or any other circumstances that make it unsafe or impractical to provide Services at the date(s) specified in the booking confirmation.

7.2 In case that the Service Provider requests to cancel the Service, the refund made to you by Giant Stride shall be limited to the actual, direct cost amounts paid by you to Giant Stride in relation to the canceled booking. Giant Stridel shall not be held responsible for indirect or ancillary costs such as airfare, or any other costs that are not directly related to its providing Services.

7.3 In case you want to request a refund, you will request it through Giant Stride. If Giant Stride acknowledges that you requested it with Service Provider, whether you receive the refund, Giant Stride will cancel the request and you must follow up on refund directly with Service Provider


8.1 By booking Services through Giant Stride Platform, you agree that you have reviewed the standards and requirements of the Service Providers, including but not limited to minimum diving experience and certification requirements, and other information that the Service Providers require you to provide and forms that the Service Providers require you to sign, such as medical statement, liability release or assumption of risk agreement forms. Should you not meet the requirements to dive or be fit to dive, you agree to notify us within 12 hours of the Booking. Failure to comply with such requirements, Giant Stride reserves the right to cancel your booking and refund of the Services is subject to the cancellation policy of the Service you book.

8.2 You acknowledge that most Service Providers offering services and/or activities such as scuba diving may require you to sign their liability waiver, medical statement and other forms prior to participating in the service and/or activity they offer. You understand that any violation of any such Service Provider’s rules and restrictions may result in cancellation of your Booking, in you being denied access to the Services you booked, and in you forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s). Such waivers may be provided by the Service Providers at the start or during the trip.

8.3 You are responsible for ensuring that you meet foreign entry requirements for the countries of travel and that your travel documents, such as passports and visas (if required) are in order, and any other foreign entry requirements are met. If for any reason, you cannot enter the country, you are responsible for all costs associated. Refund of the Services is subject to the cancellation policy of the Service you book.

8.4 If for any reason you are delayed in transit and fail to reach a liveaboard, cruise or other boat by the scheduled time of departure, you are responsible for all costs associated with continuing your trip or making alternative trip arrangements. In case that you cannot continue the trip, Giant Stride reserves the right to cancel your Bookings and no refund applies.

8.5 By browsing, accessing and using Giant Stride Platform, you acknowledge and agree that you and any associated third-party travelers have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.


9.1 Giant Stride may issue promotion codes applicable to qualifying Services and Giant Stride reserves the right to cancel or change promotion codes at any time without advance notice.


10.1 Please click here to review Privacy Policy, which also applies to your use of the Website, and is incorporated, by reference, to provide you understanding of our practices.


11.1 Giant Stride makes no promise, warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed, implied or statutory, with respect to the Service or Service Provider. Booking the Service is entirely your decision and responsibility

11.2 You acknowledge and agree that if Giant Stride Platform is interrupted, delayed, or suspended due to computer systems, connection losses, virus, computer, hardware, or any other cause beyond the control of Giant Stride. Giant Stride shall not be responsible for any damage that may occur to you. You agree not to make a claim compensates for any damages caused by the incident to Giant Stride caused and agrees to assist and cooperate Giant Stride in resolving the issue.

11.3 Giant Stride, including its affiliates and personnel, cannot be held liable for and will not accept responsibility for any cost, personal injuries, property loss or damage, inaccurate information about the Service and the Service Provider, any action or omission of the Service Provider, wrongful death that may occur during activities, as a result of the inherent risks associated with scuba diving, or any activity offered by the Service Provider or as a result of acts or omissions by third parties, or force majeure or event beyond our control.

11.4 To the extent permitted by law, the most that Giant Stride will be liable for (whether for one or a series of connected events) is the cost of your Booking, as set out in your confirmation email.


12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, You agree to release, defend indemnify, and hold Giant Stride, including its affiliate and personnel, harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses including but not limited to, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising by third parties as a result of :

  • your breach of these Terms or the documents referenced herein;
  • your violation of any law, regulations or the rights of a third party such as intellectual property or privacy rights ; or
  • your use of Giant Stride Platform.


13.1 These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with Thai law.
