Open Water Course in Phi Phi | By Dive Tribe

If you want to start your scuba diving journey in Koh Phi Phi, the PADI Open Water Diver course is perfect for you. The course will provide you with knowledge, skills and confidence for you to enjoy the underwater world. How the course works The course structure in 3 days. For the first day you will learn about the science behind scuba diving, how the equipment works and what to do in each situation underwater. On the same day, you will have a pool session where you will practice your skill and get familiar with your scuba diving gears. This practice will gain your confidence before your open water session. During day two and three, it is the open water diving time. Each day, you will have 2 dives. In each dive the diver will be tested with the skill they learn on day one. The skill will include water entry, mask clearing and buoyancy underwater etc. During these two days, lunch will be provided when you go on a boat ride to the dive site. Upon completion, you will get PADI Open Water Certification. The card will allow you to dive any in the world up to the maximum depth of 18 meters. This course is not just the activity, but it is the gateway to the underwater world.
