Discover Scuba Course - For no experienced diver | Phuket

This diving program in Phuket is for the beginner who has never dived before and wants to have underwater experience and explore underwater worlds within the limit of 12 meters depth and under dive professionals (diving Instructors) at all times. How Does It Work? The way it works is one of our professional diving instructors will be your underwater guide. They will instruct you on basics of scuba diving, underwater communication and equipment and what you need to know for shallow (12m max) scuba dives. Over the course of a day you’ll complete 2 or 3 fun dives so you’ll get a really good look at our underwater world. Your instructor will be right next to you the entire time on your dive so they can help you adjust your buoyancy until you get the hang of kicking and moving about on your own. If you don’t get the hang of kicking, no worries our instructors can do that for you. Usually this is a short process so most people take no more than 10 – 15 minutes to get the swing of it and start diving relatively autonomously. Not to worry if you don’t, our instructors will give you all the help you need. If you can follow some basic diving instructions the guide will happily let you move around underwater by yourself and will only be an arm length away should you need assistance. Free Pool Try! If you can get yourself to our Rawai dive center then we’re more than happy to take you in our pool for a quick try before your day on the boat. You’ll get your first experience of breathing underwater and practice the simple skills required for the PADI Discover Scuba Diving programme. This isn’t absolutely necessary but certainly for those with little water confidence it makes a great deal of difference. If for some bizarre reason you really don’t like the sensation then you can cancel your trip on the boat and save yourself some money.
