PADI Discover Scuba Diving in Krabi (2 dives / 1 day)
Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) introduces the underwater world to no experienced diver. You will learn how to float in the water and breathe underwater. You will also get to see coral reefs and animals in their natural habitat. Your PADI instructor will closely monitor you at all times. We limit a group of 2 students per 1 instructor so that you will feel safe and have more time to discover reefs and marine life.
DSD is not a full diving course with certification. The goal is to give you a peek at the diving experience.
What to expect during this Discover Scuba Diving Trip
- Hotel pick up in the early morning. Do not forget to provide us with your accommodation details.
- Arrive at Ao Nang beach, check in, and scuba diving equipment fitting
- Depart to dive #1 while your instructor gives you scuba diving lesson
- Arrive at the dive site and enjoy your first dive.
- Lunch break while heading to the second location. We will provide food, snacks and drinks for you
- Enjoy your second dive.
- Return to Ao Nang beach and transfer back to your hotel

Ao nang has the best and diverse marine life. You can find various species of seahorses, pipefish, and many nudibranchs. Other creatures you may see are such as mantis shrimps, coral whip gobies, razorfish, porcelain crabs, and Durban dancing shrimp.
